The children are so happy to have the new playground markings to play on each break time and lunch time.   Thank you to our PTA for funding this.  

This half term, we received an exciting delivery of 8 new school benches which have been placed on our Key Stage One and Key Stage Two playgrounds, as well as in our school prayer garden. Our previous benches were removed due to rotting and ageing. Without the donations raised through the PTA, we would have struggled to fund this project. On Wednesday, Yar One were joined by Warwickshire Fire Service who delivered a workshop to the children sharing how to stay safe and how to keep their homes safe. The children loved learning about ‘Stop, Drop and Roll’ and were praised for their insightful questions.

Years 5 and 6 enjoyed a fabolous residential trip to Alton Castle, showing great bravery and resilience in all the challenges they undertook.

Year Four enjoyed a Mayan themed workshop in school this week, to further explore their History topic this term. They enjoyed exploring the culture and beliefs, led by a knowledgeable expert. We loved seeing them in their creatively-made outfits.
